Instructions to Chairpersons

Please note: Each paper is allocated 30 minutes. Presentation should take 20 minutes and allow 5 minutes for the discussant and 5 minutes for questions and answers. Please make sure that the time is kept very strictly.

Session Chairpersons for Zoom/Hybrid Sessions will have the role of Meeting Co-Host in Zoom in order to better moderate the discussion. You can find some useful tips about the Co-Host role here. If you have any questions or need any clarifications please let us know.

Instructions to Discussants

Each discussant should contact the author of the paper he/she is assigned to discuss to obtain a copy of the paper. The email of all participants can be found in the List of Participants. The discussion should not take more than 5 minutes. Please note that the discussion should be in a formal type with MS Powerpoint or PDF presentation.

Virtual Sessions Information

We have prepared a set of detailed instructions to help you prepare for participating in the Conference remotely.

We will be using Zoom as the platform for the Virtual part of the Conference.

If you are scheduled to present via Zoom please make sure that you have a stable internet connection and conduct all audio and video tests before your presentation as due to the Hybrid nature of the Conference it will be very difficult to provide technical support during the Parallel Sessions or Plenaries.
