Please note: Each paper is allocated 30 minutes. Presentation should take 20 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for the discussant and 5 minutes for questions and answers. Please ensure that the time is strictly observed so that the session runs on schedule.

Instructions to Discussants
Each discussant should contact the author of the paper he/she is assigned to discuss to obtain a copy of the paper. The email of all participants can be found in the List of Participants. The discussion should not take more than 5 minutes. Please note that the discussion should be in a formal format using MS PowerPoint (or similar software) or PDF presentation.
