Alexander Kleine is Principal Talent Acquisition Partner. At the European Central Bank he is responsible to attract, assess and hire talent for economist positions in the core policy business areas. He holds a master’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Applied Sciences of Worms and participated in a programme for Human Resource Management and Marketing Research at the Macquarie University of Sydney.

Alex joined the recruitment team at the ECB in 2018. He has 17 years professional experience in international recruitment, in both private sector and institutional environments. His expertise includes active sourcing, networking, talent pipelines and competency-based interviews. Having lived and worked in Germany, the UK, Australia, South Africa, Canada, and India, Alex developed the cultural agility and interpersonal skills that have helped him identifying potentials and talent.
