Award of Recognition to George S. Tavlas

To mark the 30th anniversary of the conference, the Organizing Committee honored Dr. George S. Tavlas with an award of recognition for his continuous and valuable contribution to the conference.

Dr. George S. Tavlas is Alternate to the Governor of the Bank of Greece on the Governing Council of the European Central Bank and Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Open Economies Review, an Associate Editor of Macroeconomic Dynamics and the Journal of Forecasting, and a member of the editorial board of several highly respected journals.
